Questions

What does the free trial include?

90 minutes of the real product: two languages, natural voices, the captions, the projector and livestream pages. No card, and nothing for anyone to install. The minutes count while a session is started, whether or not anyone is listening yet, so keep the microphone test short.

What happens after the 90 minutes?

Choose Starter or Growth in your account. There is no card on the trial, so nothing is charged until you choose.

How many languages can we run?

Two at the same time on every plan, chosen from more than seventy. An additional language is $65 a month on Starter and $99 on Growth, up to five languages in all. More than five is Enterprise.

How many listeners can join?

Starter is built for up to 50 listeners at a time and Growth for up to 200. A gathering regularly larger than that is Enterprise. Listeners never pay to listen.

What are the hours?

Starter includes 15 hours a month and Growth 25. Hours are the time a session is started, whatever the number of languages or listeners, and unused hours do not roll over. Your account warns you as you approach the month’s hours.

Do Christmas and Easter use our hours?

Not the first three. On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday, up to three hours each day are free on Starter and Growth, so several services fit without touching the month’s hours. Time past three hours that day counts as usual. The free trial’s 90 minutes are counted every day.

What is the launch offer?

Starter is $99 a month for the first three months, then $129. Growth is $159, then $199. The offer is applied at checkout while it runs.

Do listeners pay for anything?

No. Listening, captions and keeping a session are free for them. A listener who wants AI notes in their own language can add Smart Notes for $3.99 a month, which is theirs, not the host’s.

How is it billed?

Monthly, through Stripe, from your account. Change or cancel there at any time.
