Put the code on the first slide
Add the QR to the opening slide and the course page. Your account draws it, and the same code works all term.
For universities
Every student scans a code and leaves with the lecture: the full transcript and notes in the shape they study from, and a way to ask a question without raising a hand. International students, visiting families and new faculty hear the lecture, the orientation or the ceremony in their own language, in their own earbuds, with captions. Nothing to install.

The setup
Add the QR to the opening slide and the course page. Your account draws it, and the same code works all term.
Any laptop with a browser and the campus network, the lecturer’s own or the hall’s. Start when the lecture does, stop at the end. Nothing is installed in the hall.
The page opens in their browser. They pick a language, listen or read, ask when they have a question, and keep the lecture when it ends.
In the lecture
The full transcript, in the student’s language, the moment the lecture ends. Nobody has to choose between understanding and writing.
Key points, detailed notes, discussion questions, or the student’s own instructions. Written from the transcript, in their language, ready to save and print.
A question typed in the student’s own language reaches the lecturer in theirs. Answer it live, or after the lecture to everyone who asked.
The same link works from a dorm, a hospital bed or another time zone. A student who cannot be in the hall follows live and keeps the lecture like everyone there.
Every student chooses their own, from more than seventy. Two run at once on every plan, up to five. A voice that sounds like a person in their earbuds, or captions on the same page.
Live captions and a transcript for every lecture the lecturer starts. Students who are deaf or hard of hearing, and students who learn by reading, get the same page with no accommodation request and no note-taker to schedule.
Integrations
eWonic adds no hardware to the hall. Everything it shows is a web page with its own link in your account, so it goes wherever a web page can go.
Open the caption page on the hall computer’s second screen, or on a screen at the side, and everyone reads along.
The listener page is a link. Put it on the Canvas or Moodle course page, in the syllabus and in the orientation email, and it opens with no download.
Add the overlay page as a browser source in OBS or vMix and the stream carries captions in the language you choose. The transcript and its translation export as text for the recording’s page.
Every lecture’s transcript and notes are saved in the lecturer’s account. Download them and post them with the recording, and a student who was out that day gets the lecture too.
The same account runs the big days: a code on the program and a sign at the door, and a family in the back row hears the ceremony in their language.
The plan
One course with a few dozen students fits Starter. A department, a lecture hall of two hundred or a run of campus days fits Growth. Campus-wide, or more than five languages, is Enterprise.

A single course? Starter runs 15 hours a month for up to 50 students. Campus-wide terms are an Enterprise arrangement.
No. The transcript, the notes, questions and captions all work in the lecturer’s own language. Translation is one of the things it does, not the condition for the rest.
No. They scan the code with their phone’s camera, the page opens in the browser, and they choose a language. Nothing to download. Keeping a lecture to their account is the one step that asks them to sign in.
The student picks the shape: key points, detailed notes, discussion questions, action items, or their own instructions. The notes are written from the transcript in the language they choose, and they can read, edit, download or print them.
Only what the student chose to share. A question can carry a first name or none, and the lecturer sees the question in their own language with the original beneath it.
Students need an internet connection on their phone, campus Wi-Fi or their own data, and a listener uses less than a voice call. The lecturer’s laptop needs internet too.
The words are. Students who keep the lecture get its transcript and notes, and the lecturer’s account keeps them too, to download as text. No audio is stored, and nothing is sold or used for analytics.
Choose a plan in your account. There is no card on the trial, so nothing is charged until you choose. The minutes count while a lecture is started, whether or not anyone is listening yet, so keep the microphone test short.
