Put the code where they will see it
Add the QR to the opening slide, the program and the badge. Your account draws it, and the same code works for every session on the program.
For conferences & events
Attendees scan a code on the slide or their badge and hear the speaker in their own language, in their own earbuds, with captions. No headsets to hand out, no booth to build, nothing to install.

The setup
Add the QR to the opening slide, the program and the badge. Your account draws it, and the same code works for every session on the program.
A laptop with a feed from the board, or a microphone that can hear the stage, a browser and an internet connection. Start when the speaker does, stop at the break.
The page opens in their browser. They pick a language and put in their earbuds, or read the captions on the same screen.
In the hall
Every attendee chooses their own. Two run at the same time on every plan, chosen from more than seventy, and more can be added, up to five.
A voice that sounds like a person, and the words on screen as they are said, in the listener’s language or the speaker’s own.
A caption page for the big screen and an overlay for the livestream, both included, both a browser source away.
When a session ends, attendees can keep it and get notes in their language. Nobody has to choose between listening and writing.
Integrations
eWonic adds no hardware to the room. Everything it shows is a web page with its own link in your account, so it goes wherever a web page can go.
Add the overlay page as a browser source and the stream carries captions in the language you choose, over your own picture.
Open the caption page full screen on the computer that drives the screen, or on a second screen beside the stage, and the hall reads along.
The QR is an image your account draws. Drop it on the walk-in slide, print it on the badge, put it in the program and on a sign at the door.
The listener page is a link. Put it in the session’s entry in your event app, the agenda email or the attendee chat, and it opens with no download.
The plan
Sized for a hall of two hundred and the hours a multi-day program needs. Larger events, or more than five languages, are an Enterprise arrangement.

Need more than five languages, more than two hundred listeners, or a single-event contract? Ask us about Enterprise.
No. They scan the code with their phone’s camera, the page opens in the browser, and they choose a language. Nothing to download and no account to make.
The host’s computer needs to hear the speaker clearly, so take a feed from the sound desk rather than relying on a laptop microphone across a ballroom. Attendees listen through their own earbuds, so the hall’s acoustics do not matter to them.
Add the overlay page as a browser source in OBS or vMix. It carries the language you choose over a transparent background, so it sits on your own picture.
Each room you run has its own code and its own pages, and hours count across all of them. For several rooms at once over several days, talk to us before the event so the plan is sized to the program.
Choose a plan in your account. There is no card on the trial, so nothing is charged until you choose. The minutes count while a session is started, whether or not anyone is listening yet, so keep the sound check short.
